Nearby Rural Dorset is one of the most peaceful, beautiful and genuinely unspoilt areas in England, where you are never too far from the stunning heritage coastline.
Our suggested days out could include a trip to: The world's largest Tank Museum in Bovington (on the Wool to Bere Regis road), Poole and Sandbanks for windsurfing and boating trips around the world's second largest natural harbour. Explore Brownsea Island owned by the National Trust, famous for its bird sanctuary. The Isle of Purbecks, perhaps to include Wareham, Corfe Castle and a trip to Swanage on the famous Steam Railway. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * There is so much to do and see in Dorset, a week is just not long enough. We would be happy to advise. We also maintain a large library of leaflets. |
